We hit a snag with the pool. it was kinda yucky and had a few bugs floating around. Also, bathroom supplies were a bit sketchy—only fresh towels once during our three-night stay, and we called for toilet paper but only got tissues instead.

the crowne plaza had comfortable rooms and the staff was very kind and helpful. i loved that it offered a 24-hour fitness center, which made it easy to squeeze in a workout. the shuttle service to the airport was a major plus for my trip.

Our family reunion at this hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect for accessing Cleveland's attractions, and we really enjoyed the proximity to Metroparks for a nature walk. It also helped that the breakfast spread was better than average—great for fueling our busy days with 20 family members.

In my wife’s opinion, they need more towels by the pool. It was tough sharing just a couple among our big group after swimming.
